Presbyopia Treatment in Centerville

Are you over 40? Struggle to read fine print?

What is Presbyopia?

Presbyopia is an age-related vision condition that causes near objects to appear blurry. It typically starts in a person’s 40’s, when the lens of the eye begins to stiffen and lose flexibility. This makes it difficult to focus on nearby objects.

Presbyopia can significantly impact your quality of life. Regular daily activities like reading books, instruction manuals and food labels, scrolling through your phone, threading a needle and other close-up tasks can become daunting.

The good news is, with the help of Comprehensive Eye Care - Centerville, this common vision condition can be effectively managed, so you won’t have to compromise on your quality of life.

I had my first appointment at Comprehensive EyeCare in Centerville and was extremely impressed with ... the care I received. Dr. Cassandra Fox Lozoraitis was incredibly thorough, but what really stood out to me was the amount of time she spent helping me understand my eye health. She showed me the images of my eyes and explained what I was looking at, the different parts of the eye, and how everything related to my family history. I have never had an eye doctor take the time to explain things to me like that or look at my family history and overall eye health so thoroughly. The assistant who did my glaucoma testing and the initial testing for my glasses was also great. She answered all of my questions and was very helpful, even helping me think of things I might want to ask the doctor. This was probably the best experience I have ever had at an eye doctor. I never felt rushed, I learned a lot, and I left feeling much more informed and confident about my eye health and the care I am receiving. I am very glad I chose Comprehensive EyeCare and Dr. Fox Lozoraitis. Definitely a five star experience!
